Modern Polls & Strategy helps brands and research teams design surveys that reveal real customer behavior, not just surface opinions. In consumer-facing environments, teams often move quickly from assumptions to execution with limited structured feedback. We built this platform to support better decision cycles through clear question design, practical response structures, and clean export outputs.
Our workflow is intentionally lightweight and database-free so teams can deploy in varied technical contexts and maintain control over outputs. We emphasize concise prompts, scenario-specific options, and revision-friendly drafting so teams can iterate responsibly across concept tests, retention diagnostics, campaign checks, and journey pain-point studies.
I am Hannah Okafor, and my background combines customer experience research with applied service design. Repeated retrospectives showed high data volume but low clarity because underlying questions were weak. I documented practical standards and coaching routines, then transformed those methods into reusable digital templates that became this public platform.
